Role: GCP Technical Architect (16-20 yrs)

Detailed Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, cloud - native microservices solutions tailored to business needs and objectives.
- Define, document, and enforce best practices in microservices development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, interoperability, and scalability of services.
- Lead multi-cloud and multi-geo deployment strategies, optimizing for performance, resilience, and cost.
- Implement comprehensive security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards across all microservices.
- Oversee the reliability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities of deployed services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve architectural standards and delivery efficiency.
Skill Requirement
- Bachelor / master's degree in computer science, information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling cloud-based microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of microservices design patterns, integration approaches, and security best practices.
- Proven expertise in large-scale distributed systems, disaster recovery planning, and high availability architectures.
- Strong proficiency with google cloud platform (GCP) and ability to define scalable architectural specifications.
- Familiarity with AI cloud and experience in multi-cloud environments.
- Track record of successful multi-geo deployments and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
- Product engineering mindset with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Other Requirements (Optional)
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., GCP Architect, AWS Solution Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in AI Technologies are recommended.
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swam.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience working with global, cross- functional teams.
