JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience : 10 - 14 Yrs

Location : Bengaluru

Designation : Technical Architect / Enterprise Architect

All about the role:

As Technical Architect — Java, you will design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This hands-on role combines architecture, coding, modernization, technical leadership, and mentoring engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience (Short Version)

  • 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years as a Technical Architect or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with Apache Camel, Kafka/RabbitMQ/JMS/SQS.
  • Hands-on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of scalability, security, observability, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and working in global environments.

Good to Have

  • Python/Node.js, AI/LLM integration, service mesh, frontend frameworks.
  • AWS certifications, open-source contributions, or technical speaking/writing.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS/product companies, especially HR tech or marketing platforms.
