Technical Architect

Location: Chennai(5 Days mandatory to office)

Role: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 10+ years (with minimum 8+ years in Salesforce)

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, PD-I, PD-II

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Platform, and Experience Clouds.
• Needs to be hands-on when required to develop complex functionalities – should lead the way for Senior and Junior developers by mentoring and joint development.
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
• Experience in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (using REST/SOAP APIs and any middlewares).
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
• Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• Banking domain knowledge or experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients is a plus; understanding of banking business processes and customer service operations would be an added advantage within Lending profile.
• Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations.
