Job Description

Position: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Chennai - Hybrid
Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Mode: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business needs
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
Define integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and data security standards
Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Strong experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools)
Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and scalability principles
Experience in designing enterprise-level solutions

Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect)
Experience with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.)
Knowledge of industry frameworks and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
