Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing GenAI/LLM-powered applications.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems and scalable architecture design.
- Expertise in at least one programming language amongst JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on cloud experience in GCP/AWS/Azure.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Research-oriented mindset with ability to evaluate emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and leading small technical teams.
