Job Purpose
- Technical Business Analysis, Evaluate, analyze to ensure that solution for architecture is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered.
- Ensure that solution is as per the principle of IT Strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement and FSD analysis to ensure that solution is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered.
- Ensure proper volume estimations are carried out for new solutions, basis which stress tests are planned and executed.
- Evaluate/Recommend solution architecture.
- Technical analysis of the requirement, work with Development team to walkthrough technical requirements, help in doing feasibility analysis
- Analyze existing available APIs
- Ensure thorough documentation and evidence are maintained for NSI projects & enhancement, with a target of achieving zero Audit Failures.
- Responsible for end-to-end technical documentation creation and updated for end-to-end business journey.
- Requirement gathering by working with Product team, creation high level requirements, analyzing and breaking them to smaller requirements (Epic, Feature, User story creation in Agile)
- Responsible for documentation the interphase and deployment design and topology being covered and updated regularly.
- Strong understanding on SDLC, Agile, Dev ops, IT Architecture, solutioning.
Experience Required(examples listed below)
- Years of Experience: 6-8 years
- Minimum 4 years of Proficient working experience in Business Analysis (Techno Functional role)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in software development for business-critical applications
- Proficient in Banking domain
- Familiarity in tools SQL, databases, APIs, and System logic
- Proficiency with BA tools (Visio/Draw.io, Jira)
- Working experience of Agile (SAFe/Scaled Agile preferred)
