We're Hiring: Technical Analyst Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 10+ years overall | 5+ years as Technical Analyst
Role Summary
We are looking for a senior Technical Analyst to support Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives. This role involves assessing acquired companies technology and process landscapes, mapping them to Cvent systems, and defining the optimal integration strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document current-state applications, data, APIs, and business processes
- Map acquired systems to Cvent platforms; identify gaps, overlaps, and risks
- Recommend integration approaches (consolidation, federation, phased migration)
- Translate requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories, and cutover plans
- Support data reconciliation, migration validation, and reporting
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and provide executive-level status updates
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), integrations, or re-platforming
- Ability to analyze unknown technology stacks and define target-state mapping
- Good understanding of SQL, APIs, data models, and access/permission structures
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Lucidchart
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
