- As an experienced Senior Technical Analyst on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
- You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health s innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/ investigation.
- Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules. At least 6+ years.
- Having sound knowledge on HL7, Open Port, Open Engine & OPENLink.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Software implementation work experience, at least 3+ years.
- Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or masters degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Experience on Interface creation and related scripting.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
Expectations:
- Travel need will be based on business need (10% - 20%)
- Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts FSI, PBM and integrated solutions.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSI and PBM solutions.
- Stay current on involving features, functionalities and best practices related to FSI, PBM and integrated solutions.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
