The Technical Solution Research Intern will support the Solutions Team with technology research, solution structuring, documentation, presentation preparation, and competitive analysis. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop foundational skills in solution design, pre-sales support, and technical evaluation.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Conduct research on products, technologies, solutions, and industry trends.
- Assist in developing solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
- Prepare comparison sheets, technical documentation, and structured reports.
- Create and support paper presentations and technical presentations for internal and client use.
- Support the pre-sales and solutions teams with data gathering and analysis.
- Maintain research notes, product catalogs, and internal knowledge base content.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, case studies, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Participate in discussions for solution improvement and research innovation.
