Role Description

This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer position is based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying customer requirements, delivering tailored technical solutions, and offering expert technical support. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to strategize sales plans, addressing customer inquiries, and driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with engineering and product teams will play a key role in ensuring solutions align with clients expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively identify client needs, provide solutions, and achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Support skills to assist in solving technical challenges and support the implementation of solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships efficiently.
  • Proficiency in understanding technical products and their applications in industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Space, Industrial, and Telecom.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to a client-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in technology-driven industries is an advantage.
