Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in managing Enterprise AI platforms and automation ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering AI developer tools, implementing security and governance policies, managing enterprise user onboarding, and driving automation using Agentic AI workflows.
This role requires strong DevOps fundamentals, platform governance expertise, and experience integrating AI tools within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
AI Platform Administration & Governance :
- Manage and administer enterprise AI platforms such as Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI copilots.
- Define and enforce platform security policies, governance standards, and compliance controls.
- Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Agentic AI environments.
- Implement access controls, RBAC policies, and enterprise-grade configurations.
User Management & SSO Integration
- Manage enterprise user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning).
- Integrate AI platforms with Okta and other SSO/Identity providers.
- Configure and manage authentication, authorization, and audit policies.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Automation & Agentic Workflows
- Design and implement Agentic AI-based workflow automation.
- Automate daily operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Build intelligent automation pipelines leveraging AI tools.
DevOps & DevSecOps
- Manage and support CI/CD tools and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Integrate AI tooling into SDLC processes.
- Ensure secure coding, scanning, and compliance within pipelines.
- Support GitHub Enterprise environments and enterprise toolchains.
ITSM & Governance
- Handle support operations using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
- Work within Change Management and Release Management processes.
- Provide L2/L3 support for AI platforms and DevOps tooling.
Cloud & Networking
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IAM, and security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI developer platforms (Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, Copilot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and MCP server configuration.
- Experience with Okta or similar SSO integration.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience in CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong understanding of Change and Release Management processes.
- Basic cloud infrastructure and networking knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- GitHub Enterprise administration experience.
- Agentic AI or related AI platform certification.
- Experience implementing enterprise security and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to large enterprise environments.
