Job Opening: Tech Support Executive Voice Process (Bangalore Only)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tech Support Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in the IT support domain. The candidate must be comfortable with a voice-based support process and possess excellent English communication skills.

Strict Requirement:

Only candidates currently residing in Bangalore should apply.

No out-of-station candidates | No relocation support

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via voice, email, or chat
  • Handle inbound technical support calls and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and application-related issues
  • Assist users with software navigation and technical problem resolution
  • Log, document, and track all issues in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when required
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / IT preferred)
  • Experience: Freshers or 01 year of experience in technical support / voice process
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware & operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools (added advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment

  • Freshers: 18,000 19,000
  • Experienced: Up to 23,000
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
  • Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided
