We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and helping customers resolve their technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer service orientation and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
