Description

We are looking for a Tech Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and helping customers resolve their technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer service orientation and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
