Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Developer role located in Mumbai. The Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software solutions to improve user experience and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean code, debugging issues, implementing new features, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technical projects. Optimizing application performance and staying updated on emerging technologies will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and C#; this is our entire stack

Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, S3) and deployment via Visual Studio + AWS Toolkit

IIS administration basics

SQL Server experience and ability to optimise queries at scale (3.4M+ contact database)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, debuggable code

Experience with API integration and RESTful services

Basic GA4 literacy

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

GetResponse API experience is a plus

Familiarity with email marketing workflows is a plus

Have shipped production-grade .NET applications end-to-end

Make decisions independently and push back when something doesn't make sense

Default to the business-fit solution, not their preferred stack

Can context-switch across a multi-property ecosystem without losing thread

Understand habit/behaviour design; they're shipping retention flows, not just features

Work async-first with minimal hand-holding across timezones

Track product metrics, not just code metrics
