Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Tech Specialist with strong experience in building enterprise-grade low-code applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mendix in Agile environments, solid understanding of full-stack development, and the ability to design scalable, high-performance applications integrated with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Mendix following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deliver at least 3 full-scale Mendix implementations across the complete SDLC.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs using Mendix visual modeling.
- Build reusable components, microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and pages.
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through performance tuning and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup, automated deployments, and version control.
- Implement and support automated testing strategies to ensure application quality.
- Support production deployments, monitor applications, and troubleshoot issues.
- Mentor junior Mendix developers and conduct technical reviews (for Senior Consultant role).
Technical Skills & Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience in Agile environments.
- Experience delivering at least 3 enterprise-grade Mendix applications.
- Strong experience with Mendix Studio Pro, including visual modeling, microflows, and domain modeling.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience in performance tuning and handling large-scale applications.
Programming & Web Technologies:
- Proficiency in Java for extending Mendix functionality.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Exposure to AngularJS or React is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
Architecture & Design:
- Strong understanding of solution architecture design (mandatory for Senior Consultant).
- Experience in business process modeling and data modeling.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
DevOps & Quality:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
- Experience working with version control systems (Git preferred).
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
