Role Description

This is a full-time Tech Sales role based on-site in New Delhi. The Tech Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to clients. Key responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets for the company's digital products and services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated with industry trends to effectively position offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Technical Sales and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
  • Experience in Technical Support and Sales, with an ability to identify client requirements and align them with available solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant industry knowledge and experience in digital marketing, technology, or research-driven services are a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
