Tech Sales Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
