Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Tech Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, presenting tailored solutions to clients, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with the technical and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell technology products and services, including printers, antivirus solutions, and tech support packages.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients effectively.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery and support of products/services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tech sales.
  • Knowledge of printers, antivirus software, and tech support services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
