Shifts: 9:30 AM6:30 PM / 11:30 AM8:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week

Role OverviewWe are seeking Academic/Admission Counselors with a passion for sales and education. In this role, you will connect with potential learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right programs. This is a target-driven role where your persuasion skills and relationship-building abilities will make a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities- Student Counseling: Engage with students and working professionals to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly enrollment targets through consultative sales.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with program offerings to deliver accurate and compelling information.
- CRM Updates: Maintain timely and accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Objection Handling: Address and resolve candidate concerns effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term connections with learners for future engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and support teams for smooth operations.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum 1 year in academic counseling, tele-sales, or inside sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Education: Any graduate (background in counseling, education, or business is a plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
