Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product guidance (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch & accessories)
- Explain features, comparisons, and ecosystem benefits clearly
- Support with device setup, data transfer, and basic troubleshooting
- Help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Maintain demo devices and display readiness
- Coordinate with sales and billing team for smooth transactions
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Apple products & iOS/macOS
- Excellent communication & customer interaction skills
- Presentable, confident, and solution-oriented
- Ability to simplify tech for non-technical customers
- Retail or tech sales experience preferred
