In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and attracting talent for cybersecurity positions. Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract cybersecurity professionals.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the cyber security field through various branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting for IT or cybersecurity roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Bamboo HRIS is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certifications is preferred.
