Accountabilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract cybersecurity professionals.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice in the cyber security field through various branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting for IT or cybersecurity roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Bamboo HRIS is preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certifications is preferred.
