In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions in cybersecurity and AI, playing a key role in scaling a high-growth, innovative organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you will contribute to building a high-performing technical team that drives business impact. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including GenAI and cloud security, and provides opportunities to shape recruitment processes in a rapidly evolving sector. Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity and AI roles, from sourcing to offer closure
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit and domain expertise
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on requirements, deliver fast hires, and ensure quality selection
- Promote and strengthen the employer brand within the cybersecurity and AI talent market
- Provide a professional, candidate-first experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for cybersecurity and/or AI roles
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and AI domains (e.g., SOC, IR, XDR, GenAI security, cloud security, identity management)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Nice to have: experience with BambooHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
