Identify, engage, and hire top-tier AI talent with CareerXperts Consulting. You'll work on high-impact roles across AI, ML, Data Science, LLMs, MLOps, and frontier-tech, partnering closely with fast-growing startups and global engineering teams.
If you're a tech-savvy recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience and a strong curiosity for AI, emerging tools, and deep-tech problem-solving, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Source, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across AI, ML, LLMs, Data, MLOps, and Research roles.
- Own the full hiring lifecycle from outreach and screening to candidate management and closing.
- Partner directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to decode complex mandates.
- Build deep and meaningful candidate relationships while maintaining a consistent experience.
- Draft precise job descriptions that reflect actual technical expectations.
- Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to boost efficiency and quality.
- Track funnel metrics and drive improvements across sourcing, qualification, and conversion.
- Stay updated on trends in GenAI, model engineering, data infra, and scaling systems.
Who You Are
- 2 to 5 years of experience in tech recruitment (experience hiring AI talent is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of roles like ML Engineer, Applied Scientist, LLM Engineer, Research Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer, and more.
- Ability to converse intelligently with technical candidates about models, data pipelines, and engineering frameworks.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with an interest in AI tools, research developments, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate both skill and intent.
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
- Based in Bengaluru or currently residing in Bengaluru (preferred).
