We are building ADB SAFEGATE India Labs in Hyderabad, India – our latest software development hub. This is an opportunity to join a truly global company, working on innovative software solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Terminal, Tower, and Weather solutions.

Role Overview

You'll be in action - driving high‑impact hiring across Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Security, Platform and Core functions at all levels. We are looking for a talent scout who views recruitment as a strategic craft. You aren't just filling seats; you are architecting the team that will build our next-generation software hub. You should possess a headhunting mindset, sharp stakeholder influence, and a data-driven approach to every funnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Own fullcycle recruiting across engineering disciplines at all levels.
  • Source and headhunt top talent using advanced strategies, networks, and market intelligence, sourcing tools
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience with speed, transparency, and engagement, ensuring a high bar for technical excellence and cultural add in every hire.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align hiring priorities and deliver results fast.
  • Apply a datadriven approach to sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
  • Operate with urgency and precision, balancing stealth with scale. Navigate the complexities of the Hyderabad tech market with speed, ensuring we secure top-tier talent before the competition.
  • Influence hiring decisions through deep market insights and talent mapping.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast‑paced tech environments.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Deep localised knowledge of the Hyderabad tech ecosystem, including competitor mapping and compensation trends.
  • Hands‑on experience with AIbased recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious, self‑driven, and thrives in stealth and speeddriven environments.
  • Deep understanding of talent markets across engineering disciplines.
  • Analytical mindset with datadriven recruiting experience.
  • Ready to jump in from week one and deliver immediate impact.

Note: The initial contract duration may be extended depending on the candidate's performance and organizational/business demand
