Product Manager

As a Software Product Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in driving the development and successful launch of our cutting-edge software products. By conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends, you will help identify customer needs and pain points, and collaborate with our development teams to define and prioritize product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
• Negotiate with internal project management on schedule and resources for the deliver of products.
• Establish both high level and detailed success criteria for the completion of product enhancements and build outs.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, end users, engineers, and the sales team.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in Natural gas domain.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Monday and Confluence
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
