Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and company culture.
- Help in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate or currently pursuing in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR functions (internships or full-time roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
