Tech Project Manager (IAM projects)

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, testing, and deployment of IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define project goals, track progress, and address risks and issues proactively.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and business analysts, to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills -

• 8-10 years of experience managing IT projects, with IAM project experience being a valuable addition
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations and coordinate between technical and business teams.

Preferred -

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM).
• Technical background in IAM implementations
• Understanding of IAM concepts, tools (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta), and processes like identity lifecycle, RBAC, and access certifications.
