Devops Senior Analyst

Objective:

• Build, update, or automate existing infrastructure and development processes, or create them from scratch.
• Automate and improve development and release processes, including test cycles integration.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD processes.

Technical Skills:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Must have thorough understanding of IaC and CI/CD, including implementing IaC and CI/CD from scratch.
• IaC Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar for Infrastructure Automation.
• Automation & Provisioning: Experience with provisioning, deploying, configuring, and orchestrating resources based on varying needs.
• Change Management: Understanding of change management processes.
• IAM (Identity & Access Management): Experience in defining and controlling policies for DevOps services.
• Patching & Production Support: Hands-on experience in patching activities and production support.
• DevOps Process Setup: Proficient in setting up DevOps processes and automating release pipelines.
• Scripting: Strong expertise in Linux/Unix scripting.
• Microservices & Distributed Systems: Understanding of microservices architecture and complex distributed systems.
• Service Level Orchestration: Basic understanding and experience in service level orchestration.

Required Experience:

• 5-12 years in DevOps engineering with hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

Skills Required:

• Methodology: CI/CD-DevOps, Agile.
• SCM Tools: Git, GitHub.
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible.
• DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub CI.
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.
• Infrastructure Management: Ansible, Terraform, AWS.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Monitoring & Alerting: ELK or similar.
• IAM Management: Expertise in IAM policies for DevOps services.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Redis Cluster, in-memory database, caching, and message broker platforms.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Financial Markets.
• Understanding of Financial Instruments, Derivatives.
• Trade Life Cycle & Pricing.
• EOD Risk, Real-Time Risk, XVA, VAR.
