We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Media QA Specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of our media campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and testing all media assets, ensuring they meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. You will work closely with the delivery team to identify and resolve any issues before launch, ensuring a seamless and error-free campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Asset Review and Testing:
- Thoroughly review and test all media assets (e.g., display ads, social media creatives, video ads, landing pages) before launch.
- Verify compliance with technical specifications (e.g., file formats, dimensions, resolution).
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Identify and document any errors or inconsistencies in creative assets, ad copy, or campaign setup.
- Collaborate with the media team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of error-free assets.
- Campaign QA and Validation:
- Verify accuracy of campaign targeting parameters, ad placements, and tracking implementation.
- Test campaign functionality and user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Monitor campaign performance post-launch to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of media QA processes and workflows.
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA procedures and test results.
- Utilize QA tools and technologies effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the media team, creative teams, and ad operations to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding QA findings and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in media QA, ad operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ad serving and media tracking technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad formats.
- Experience with bug tracking and project management tools.
