Voorent is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the furniture and appliances rental market across Delhi NCR. We operate on a full-stack modelcovering procurement, logistics, installation, and maintenance. We're now entering the hyperlocal delivery space in furniture and appliances rental.
We're looking for a Co-founder with a strong background in either Technology or Finance to join our passionate founding team and help scale Voorent into the go-to brand in the rental and resale economy.
Role OptionsTech Co-founder
- Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of Voorent's digital platforms (customer app, operations dashboard, and resale platform).
- Tech Stack Preferred: React.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Build and manage a small but highly efficient tech team.
- Ideate and deploy features to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Data-driven mindset to optimize acquisition and retention funnels.
Finance Co-founder
- Lead fundraising, financial planning, compliance, and investor relations.
- Build scalable unit economics and pricing models for the rental and resale businesses.
- Handle vendor financing and working capital strategy.
- Build MIS and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Work closely with the CEO on capital allocation, strategic partnerships, and growth planning.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in a hyperlocal delivery, rental, or asset-heavy operations startup is a strong plus.
- For Tech: Proven experience in building scalable digital platforms.
- For Finance: Background in investment banking, VC, FP&A, or early-stage finance roles.
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work without a salary in the early phase (Equity-based compensation only).
- Passion for building a consumer brand from the ground up in the circular economy space.
