Job Role: -Tech Operations Lead Voice Operations Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:-- Provide end-to-end support for enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve voice, network, and hardware incidents.
- Perform incident, escalation, and SLA management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and log-based troubleshooting.
- Manage configurations, upgrades, patches, and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:-- CUCM 12.5: Call routing, dial plans, SIP/H323/MGCP, CTI, media resources (MTP/MRG/MRGL), RTMT, DRS backup.
- Voice Gateways (ASR/ISR): IOS upgrades, SIP/ISDN debugging, CUBE, DNIS/ANI translation, DSP, telephony services, TFTP, firmware, MOH.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Requirements:-- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in Voice/Unified Communications support.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and upgrades.
- Preferred: CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility for rotational shifts.
