Responsibilities

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and scalability.
Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in coding, problem-solving, and communication.

Requirements

Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in Three.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to make strategic technical decisions while considering business goals and constraints.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
