Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead development efforts for a product-based/SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of guiding a team through design, development, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and drive quality delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders
- Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD practices
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with ADO.NET for data access
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
- Good experience with JavaScript
- Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control

- Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading teams
