Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead technical delivery for OTT/streaming channel projects
  • Ensure accurate stream, ad, and metadata configurations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution deployment and support
  • Train and mentor Implementation Engineers

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as technical point of contact for customer/platform delivery
  • Validate and optimize ad insertion, EPG, and streaming workflows
  • Support pre-sales and implementation with platform-specific knowledge
  • Align customer needs with Amagi's product capabilities and updates
