Tech Lead Manager, Google Ads

Responsibilities

• Create positive user experiences for products and lead the core engineering team.
• Manage a group of SWEs, provide coaching, feedback, set expectations, and manage performance.
• Drive and grow acquisition initiatives technically and strategically.
• Provide technical guidance on design decisions and launch documents for launch readiness and collaborate cross-functionally and across-organizations.
• Build knowledge in full-stack as well as industry trends and innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
