A successful Tech Lead Identity (Active Directory) should have:.Lead and support daily operations across production and non-production environments.
.L3 specialist serving as the AD referent for the Run team.
.Build , adapt and Improve Runbook
.Will be part of shifts through On call for escalation process
.Handle L3-level troubleshooting for complex incidents.
.Collaborate with other technology towers to resolve cross-domain technical issues.
.Lead high-severity (P1/P2) incident calls, communicate action plans, and ensure timely restoration of services.
.Implement system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements in compliance with IT policies.
.Maintain accurate documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), RCA reports, and configuration details.
.Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and governance discussions.
.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on automation, efficiency, and service quality.
Technical Competencies
.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, expertise in Active directory
Strong mindset and understanding of identity security framework
Proven track record overseeing Identity solutions : ACTIVE DIRECTORY, HYBRID ENV WITH ENTRA ID , Powershell expertise , Infrastructure As Code and Azure Devops.
Proven capabilities to put in RUN a project / build done by Architects (Able to draft Run Process)
Demonstrated ability to operationalize projects and builds delivered by Architects, including drafting effective Run processes
Proven capability to rigorously assess solutions proposed by Architects verifying their suitability and operability for seamless implementation by the Run team.
Splunk, Service now and Azure competencies
Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
Experience in complex environment
Troubleshooting , root cause analysis
Certification : MCSA/E, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, SC-300, SC-100, TCO/TCA
