About the Role
As the Senior Technology Lead or AI/ML Solutions Architect, you will architect, lead, and scale a next-generation SaaS AI platform for large scale multinational industries. This role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, solutions architecture, and the MERN stack, with a track record of building robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. You will drive the end-to-end technology roadmap, integrating advanced agentic AI features into a seamless, high-performance AI SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect scalable AI/ML modules for real-time speech/text analytics, multi-modal LLM integrations, predictive modeling (KPIs/business outcomes), and agent performance evaluation.
- Lead design of core products like Arya, AI QMS, HRMS, voice/chat bot, engines using NLP, deep learning, RPA technologies and Agentic AI integrations.
- Define and enforce data pipelines, orchestration, and integration layers for seamless workflow automation and analytics delivery
- Full-Stack SaaS Platform Leadership
- Oversee MERN stack development: MongoDB (data modeling), Express/Node.js (API/orchestration), React (front-end dashboards), and integration with third-party AI/ML services.
- Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive DevOps best practices: CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Data Science & Analytics
- Lead the development of advanced analytics dashboards for real-time KPI tracking, quality management, and actionable insights
- Implement customizable analytical sheets, reporting modules, and data visualization layers for business users.
- Integration & Automation
- Integrate with dialers, CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms; orchestrate autonomous bots for post-call automation and workflow optimization
- Ensure seamless interoperability with cloud-native AI services (e.g., STT/TTS, LLM APIs).
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor engineers and data scientists; establish coding standards and review processes.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance
- Champion data privacy, security, and compliance (industry standards) across all modules
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response protocols.
Core Competencies
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale AI/ML SaaS solutions (preferably in AI SaaS companies or contact center/BPO domains).
- Deep expertise in MERN stack, cloud-native development, and data engineering.
- Hands-on skills in NLP, speech analytics, deep learning, and ML model deployment.
- Strong background in scalable system design, microservices, and API-first architectures.
- Experience with agentic AI, RPA, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering/architecture, with at least 2-3 years in AI/ML product development.
- UG or PG Degree in Computer Science/IT from a top 30 global or Indian institution.
- Prior experience in hybrid work environments and willingness to work onsite 3 days/week in Bangalore.
