As a core member of the founding team, you are the architect of the TWR platform experience. Your mission is to translate our grand vision into a seamless, functional digital reality. You will act as the vital bridge between our external development partners and our internal business goals.

You aren't just managing a website; you are building the technical infrastructure that will power the future of the retreat industry in India.

1. Product Stewardship & Vendor Liaison

• The Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact for tech vendors, translating founder-speak into technical requirements and keeping the roadmap on track and on budget.
• Quality Guardian: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. You are the final gatekeeper for every feature before it reaches a retreat center or guest.
• Feature Roadmap: Partner with the Founders to prioritize the product backlog based on real-world feedback from the Strategy & Ops team.

2. Technical Onboarding & Sales Support

• The Expert in the Room: Join high-stakes sales calls to navigate deep-tech questions regarding API documentation, data security, and so on.
• Integration Specialist: Solve the impossible by leading complex technical onboardings, from troubleshooting legacy Property Management Systems (PMS) to setting up custom automations.
• The Knowledge Architect: Build the technical guides, videos, and FAQs that empower retreat hosts to self-serve and thrive on the platform.

3. Infrastructure & Internal Ops

• Tooling & Stack: Own the internal tech stack (CRM, CMS, Analytics). Ensure data remains clean and workflows remain automated as we scale.
• Data Intelligence: Build the dashboards that track platform performance. You'll identify friction in the booking flow and propose the technical fixes.

• The Translator: You speak fluent Developer and fluent Human. You can explain a complex API error to a non-technical retreat owner with ease.
• Project Management Ninja: You live for an organized Jira or Trello board and know how to hold vendors accountable to deadlines.
• Product-Minded: You don't just build; you think about why we are building and how it impacts the end-user experience.
• Execution-Focused: You are equally comfortable writing a 20-page technical requirement document as you are jumping on a quick Zoom to help a partner reset an integration key.

• Own the Blueprint: You are getting in on the ground floor. You will help decide our tech stack, vendor relationships, and product culture.
• Founder Access: Work directly with the Founders and the Strategy & Ops lead to influence the company's trajectory every single day.
• Growth Path: This role is the precursor to becoming our Head of Product or CTO as we move development in-house and scale the team.
