Tech Lead for RnD at Lenskart

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Tech Lead in Research and Development (RnD) at Lenskart. The Tech Lead will oversee technology-driven projects, lead RnD initiatives, and provide technical direction to innovate and develop new products and solutions. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional collaborations, identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects as per business requirements.

• Proficiency in Programming, Software Development, and understanding of Software Architectures
• Experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data technologies
• Strong skills in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and innovate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated experience in RnD, technology development, or similar roles
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is desirable
