About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic DevOps Tech Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 812 years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure automation. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team to ensure delivery of robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures using services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Drive end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation, automation, and monitoring.

• Own the infrastructure as code (IaC) strategy using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or EKS/GKE/AKS.

• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Work closely with application development teams to support deployment strategies and environment setup.

• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards in cloud and DevOps processes.

• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 812 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.

• Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployment and orchestration.

• Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, and DNS in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.

• Experience in leading DevOps or infrastructure teams in agile environments.

Desirable / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, DevSecOps, or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC2).

• Knowledge of serverless computing, service mesh, or observability stacks.
