Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Delphi, C++) to architect and deliver high-performance software solutions for global industries such as Furniture, Kitchen & Bath, and Engineering systems. This role involves leading end-to-end development, mentoring teams, and modernizing legacy systems while ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):
- Experience:
- 1216 years of experience in C/C++ application development
- Minimum 3+ years in a technical/lead role mentoring engineers
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in C and C++ with solid OOP and data structures knowledge
- Experience in CAD software, 3D graphics, or geometry-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Firebird and SQL Server databases
- Experience with cloud-based VDI environments (OCI preferred)
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and legacy code refactoring
- Mandatory Criteria:
- Experience working on medium-to-large scale applications
- Ability to modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions
- Lead full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment)
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and refactoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
- Maintain and improve technical documentation
- Identify system improvements and optimize performance continuously
- Contribute to innovation and development of new product features
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience with Delphi programming and RAD Studio IDE
- Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, or web technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of engineering or manufacturing workflow systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using AI tools for development productivity
