Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation to deployment.
Design and build scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
Develop responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
Implement and manage databases, APIs, and backend systems for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent
solutions.
Ensure code quality, testing, debugging, and security compliance across all systems.
Provide technical mentorship to the development team and enforce best coding practices.
Contribute to documentation, architecture reviews, and continuous product improvement.
Qualifications Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in full stack software development.
Proven experience leading development teams for at least 4 years.
Strong command of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap).
Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks (Python, Node.js, Java, Django, J2EE).
Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and application servers (Django,
Apache, JBoss).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data privacy, and application security best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating AI/ML components into enterprise-grade applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
