- We are looking for a seasonedTech Lead / Architectwith extensive experience inweb application developmentusingAngular JS, Node JS, cloud platforms, and low-code/no-code environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, architectural design, and leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires a combination oftechnical leadership, system architecture expertise, and a passion forinnovation and mentorship.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and developmentof scalable and high-performance web applications, usingAngular JS for front-endandNode JS for back-enddevelopment.
- Define the architectural vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectivesand technology strategies, particularly focusing oncloud infrastructure and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
- Drive theadoption of best practices, coding standards, andmodern architectural principlesto deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide development teams, conducting technical reviews,setting performance benchmarks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of systems througheffective architectural decisions, performance tuning, andcloud-based optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, while coordinating with developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate intechnical discussions, design reviews, andstrategic planningto enhance system architectures and long-term technology goals.
- Facilitate the Agile process, providing technical oversight to the sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative development cycles.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and methodologies incloud computing, low-code/no-code development, and web technologies, while evaluating their application to improve business processes.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10+ yearsof professional experience infull-stack development and architectural leadership.
- Extensive expertise in Angular JS and Node JS, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex web applications.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), andexperience with low-code/no-code development environments.
- Proficiency in database designand management with technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience withRESTful APIs, microservices architecture, andAPI designprinciples.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire teams.
- Experience withCI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)and cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a meticulous approach to delivering reliable, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular 2+.
- Familiarity withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience inarchitecting solutionsusinglow-code/no-code platformssuch asOutSystemsorMendix.
