Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers, providing clear technical direction, guidance, and support.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and plan technical projects.
• Design, develop, and implement complex software systems, ensuring high quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing valuable technical and professional development opportunities to foster their growth.
• Actively participate in the requirements understanding, analysis, and implementation phases of projects.
• Test and deploy applications and systems, ensuring they meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform debugging and bug fixes in existing codebases to maintain system stability and performance.
• Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
