Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and plan technical projects.
• Design, develop, and implement complex software systems with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation.
• Test, debug, and deploy applications and systems; fix issues in existing code.
• Develop and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.
