Responsibilities
- End-to-end backend architecture (Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Postgres, Redis).
- AI-powered workflows using LLMs, Lang Chain, RAG, vector DBs (pg vector, Pinecone).
- Creative pipelines (TTS, FFmpeg, Remotion) and media orchestration.
- Bulk campaign workflows (Meta/Google APIs) + cost caps, retries, etc.
- KPI ingestion + reporting across Red Track, affiliate networks.
- Robust security, OAuth2 RBAC, audit logs, and guardrails.
- Clean data models to rank hooks/ads by ROAS, CVR, etc.
What You'll Own
- Tech strategy and system design from scratch.
- Durable workflows (Temporal/Bull MQ) for long-running jobs.
- Seamless integrations with APIs, analytics, TTS/image/video vendors.
- CI/CD, observability (Sentry, metrics), infra (AWS/S3/Cloud Front).
- Set code standards, mentor 3-4 engineers, and drive high-quality shipping.
Requirements
- 5+ years backend (Node.js + TS), strong in Postgres/SQL, Redis.
- Workflow tools: Temporal, Bull MQ, n8n, Airflow, etc.
- Hands-on with APIs (Meta/Google Ads, OAuth, retries, idempotency).
- AI/ML exposure: Lang Chain, embeddings, vector DBs (Weaviate, pg vector, etc. ).
- Bonus: Red Track, FFmpeg, Docker, GitHub Actions, Remotion.
