Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end HR lifecycle for 140 employees in India, including onboarding, performance management, and exits.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives, compensation reviews, and L&D programs to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Partnering closely with business leaders to define HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
  • Collaborating with global HR teams on strategic projects and organizational development

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles within IT services, SaaS, product, services or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and compensation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from ( XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM, SCHMRD, IIMs, XIMB, XISS etc) preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Young, sharp, and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
