We're Hiring: Tech Developer (Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, AWS)

Company: Client is an early-stage ed-tech startup building a next-generation learning platform for students, teachers, and schools. As we move toward our first product launch, we are expanding our core engineering team and looking for a strong Tech Developer to help lay the technical foundation of our platform.
If you enjoy building scalable systems, working with modern backend frameworks, and contributing to early architecture decisions, this role is an excellent opportunity.
What You Will Work On
- Developing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Designing scalable data models and workflows with MongoDB
- Integrating payment systems like Razorpay or Stripe for SaaS subscriptions
- Working with Cloudflare R2 and supporting storage/service migration to AWS
- Deploying and managing AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.
- Collaborating closely with the founding team on product architecture and features
- Exploring and implementing GenAI capabilities within the platform
- Taking complete ownership of features in a fast-moving, startup environment
Experience We're Looking For
- 23 years of hands-on experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB
- Understanding of AWS or equivalent cloud services
- Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end
- Bonus: Experience with ed-tech platforms or GenAI projects
