We are now looking for a Tech Co-Founder With 5+ years of experience who will partner closely with the founding team to build the technology, product, and engineering culture from the ground up.
This is a true builder role with meaningful equity ownership and the opportunity to shape the
future of the company.
What You Will Do
- Own the technology vision and architecture of the company
- Build and scale the AI-first product and platform
- Design and deploy LLM, GenAI, and ML-based systems
- Build and lead the engineering team
- Work closely with founders to define product strategy and roadmap
- Ship fast, iterate quickly, and scale infrastructure as the company grows
- Establish best practices for engineering, ML pipelines, and AI infrastructure
- Represent the company on technology strategy with investors and partners
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in AI / Machine Learning / GenAI
- Experience building scalable backend systems and AI products
- Strong expertise in technologies like:
- Python
- LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Vector databases
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Modern backend stacks
- Ability to build products from 0 1
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth tech companies
- Strong product thinking and ability to translate ideas into working systems
- Passion for building something large and impactful
Bonus If You Have
- Built or scaled AI/ML products used by thousands or millions
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or AI agents
- Prior founder or early employee experience
- Open source contributions in AI/ML
